You do not. What you buy with RP is, effectively, the right to use said content as long as you have the right to access Riot's servers -- with the understanding that Riot can revoke that right for violations of their rules.

Yes, but only to people who can properly distinguish between "your" and "you're". If you've been permabanned and used "your" when you should have used "you're" like you did in the thread title, then that automatically disqualifies you from getting any refund on money spent.

I never read the TOS because I don't have to be told what isn't acceptable, except maybe account sharing was confusing to me for a minute, then someone explained about the ranking system abuse.
