Submit a ticket to Player Support, and they will be happy to do so. The Boards is not a guaranteed method of contact with Riot employees, and they may not see this here.
If you'd like context surrounding your suspension, you can submit a ticket to Riot Games Player Support, and they'll hopefully be able to provide you with the information you're requesting.
