Put into afk lower priority after non afk game

I got the warning that tells you to move or at risk of being penalized but I thought that was just a warning. I did move so that I wouldn't go afk but in the end I got penalized for afk. Maybe it was my teammates saying keywords such as "Teemo afk" "afk" "He's afk" and I don't blame them for thinking that because I was standing still a lot but I wasn't afk.

I wasn't afk. I just wasn't doing anything?

The game can track if you aren't doing anything meaningful. Things like moving around in the fountain, and otherwise not doing anything meaningful is still tracked as afk.

If you don't want to go afk/get punished for standing around doing nothing but don't want to help the team, just push a lane away from all the action over and over.

The game can tell if you're just dancing around in the base.
