The queue dodging penalty should be harsher!!!

The current queue dodging penalty for normal games and ARAM is ridiculously small. You only have to wait several minutes to 1 hour to play again no matter how many games you have dodged in the same day.

I know a lot of people who utilize this negligible dodging penalty system to make sure they ALWAYS get op ARAM champions in ARAM games. They do that by having 3 or more accounts and keep dodging if they get champions they do not want, and switch account, and queue again. The short ban time allow them to always have accounts to play. This really sucks. More importantly, their behavior wastes your time. Imagine you want to play a quick game so you pick ARAM, and you have to wait for 5 mins for queuing - dodging - queuing - dodging

Also, a small side effect of dodging is that it actually lowers the chance of other people to play op ARAM champions in ARAM game, because people cannot get the same champions in the same game, which means if you can the dodgers get queued into the same game, when you get good champions, the dodgers have less chance to get good champions, and when you get bad champions, they have more chance to get good champions. And they only dodge when they don't get good champions, which means, in the first situation, the game has more chance to be dodged, compare to the second situation.

So, the funny negligible dodging penalty makes dodgers happy, and makes good people suffer. Please Riot. Please put harsher penalty for dodging, especially for ARAM games. I would say: 15 mins for 1st dodging within the day (unchanged), 60 mins for 2nd (increased), 24 hours for 3rd (greatly increased). Also, Riot should count total dodging within a week. If a player has dodging records in >50% days that he logged in within 1 week, please permanently ban his account - he is the fxxxking constant dodger!

Dodge function exists for those who suddenly face last minute emergencies and have to abandon the match. I have yet to see any other acceptable reason to, and if you face something urgent enough to force you to leave, chances are even a 1 day ban will prove little to no significance to you when you're focusing on dealing with those serious real life circumstances.

As things stand, people almost never use the function as intended, and the little consequence we have does nothing to stop them. I have to say I agree just because a harsher punishment doesn't really affect those who dodge based on acceptable reasons while discouraging those who do so for selfish reasons at the expense of others.

The issue with making dodge penalties too large is you really only get the people who don't want to play past the champ select screen to avoid the penalty. They'll still not want to play and end up playing extremely reckless just to get the game finished quickly.

I play ARAM for the majority of my games, and own every champion. I'm fine with playing any of them. I use rolls when I think my team needs more variety. The penalty increases for people who intentionally dodge repeatedly. If someone doesn't want to play the game with the champion they were matched with, then I'm glad I'm not playing the game with them. Queue times are fast compared to many other games, so it's not much of an issue imo.

Dodge penalties should be divided from each queue, for example I dodge normal SR champ selection and dodging 2nd in ranked game I loose -10 LP, fking NON sense.
