Every move/ability command has 0.1 sec lag. My champion feels like moving in water - not very responsive to my mouse and keyboard. It only happens on that new ARAM map (I have been also playing ranked games, and my game was completely normal). My ping and fps was also normal but it just feels very laggy whenever I play ARAM on that new map.
Does anyone know what happened?

You're playing on a potato. Ascension does that to low end machines, even Twisted Treeline.
