Chat Restricted, Really Riot?

I don't get it, you do this to me every season. I have teammates flaming each other and then I never get a notification of them getting punished. God forbid I say one thing and you guys chat restrict me. I just don't understand your system of punishing. Like if people are arguing and I say something you punish me but no one else. Come on what sort of incompetence is this? [slayer-jinx-unamused]
