The League Of legends Community

There is alot to talk about here so if this post seems to go on forever just bare with me. Im simply typing what comes to mind.

Allow me to indroduce myself. I am BrokenxParadox. ive been playing league of legends for a little over a year now. im no god tier player nor do i claim to be. And to be frank im quite shit at the game. but i love this game to death. but as of now ive been struggling between staying and chugging through my current problem ( and lets be honest a problem for alot of players) or just leaving the game entierly.

What is this problem? The league of legends community.

As i said i love this game but, never in my 20 years of playing video games. have i ever, EVER experienced a community thats worse than this one. Now im not saying all the players are like this. ive met some of the nicest people ever on this game as well ( mainly support mains) but i digress. The fact of the matter is that im sure like me alot of people get driven mad by the what i could call the worst people that this game has sucked in from the gaming community overall. Now i know it sounds like im ranting but allow me to give you an example.

I entered in champ select of a ranked game. i was feeling confident as i was on a good winning streak ( this was a few months ago) in champ select the support had selected. so i asked very kindly. " hey man could you pick someone else with some heals or sheilds to help the team out a little better?" .....no response. so my team asked my to just ban his champ because we all agreed this is not what we need. so i banned him. he then selected so i think ok kool. im jungling yi and decide to start blue. the kench goes top to blue with me and our olaf. As the buff is within smiting range then eats me, smites my buff, and spits me out. he then proceeded to follow my through my entire jungle de-aggroing my jungle mobs by eating me and running away. And i was one of the worst moments ive had in this game among others.

Never in my entire like have i ever seen a community that bitches. Moans, and whines as much as the dark pit that is the league of legends community.

Now for the people that say "just use the mute button." well let me explain. A angry with me one game because i refused to play follow the leader in the enemy jungle with no wards placed and when he hadent build his first item at 20 mins. the then spams pngs at me. In the most annoying way. remember now, you cant mute pings in league atleast not now as i am typing this. He spammed pings on me not too fast so the game would stop him and make him wait but frequentally enough to where it would get on to my and my teams nerves.

Now im in bronze. And since elo in this game means everything to everybody this entire post will be brushed off by the majority. i personally dont care that im in bronze. its one of the more fun elos imo. And for those who say its gets better as you climb. i appreciate the optimism but no, no it dosent. People will argue from bronze to challenger. They just get better at doing so.
