this is ridiculous. it has gotten SOO much worse in since they implemented the autofill system and stopped banning people as frequently.

Riot is trying but they can only do so much on their own. The people who frequently leave/afk are hit by Leaverbuster and placed in the Low Priority Queue (source: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752714-LeaverBuster-FAQ), but players can also report them for leaving/afking and get them punished that way. Could Riot do more to combat this issue? Yes. Should they? Yes. Should the community help combat this issue by not becoming leavers/afkers themselves and reporting the ones that are? Yes.
Riot can't force people to play the game or not rage.
ya ill get people that get auto-filled into sup and they are already rageing, I always ask if they want to take my role but they call me a noob take yas sup feed bot then afk and its like why
You give Riot dimes? Through mail or do you have a secret person you meet up with who brings the dimes to Riot for you?
Depends on the reason behind quitting. If someone's being totally outrageously dickish to me, trolling me on purpose or just is an all around asshole I may not want to win as much. Consider: If you aren't good enough to carry us gentle snowflakes, then you can either lose by raging at us or just be nicer and coddle us. We're fragile. We want your love.
