Hey riot about feeders
So wtf am I suppose to do? Is there a special report feature? Cuz if I can literally show you a person getting 20 deaths 3 games in a row you're still going to chalk it up as bad games if I report them.

it's better to be 100% sure before punishing people rather than punish innocent people
you can submit a support ticket and include a screenshot of the summoner's feeding history.
They can see the player's whole history, they can see their click habits and timing to press buttons.
If the dude is consistently making bad decisions, they might see the dude as bad in general, or maybe they'll see it as the dude is inting.
So it depends on their history. If the said player is shown to play at a much higher level, then their judgement will probably skew more towards inting than bad.
Either way , you should just report them and let Riotbdeal with them.
