Any chance of being able to place players on a do not queue or ignore list for ranked?

Is this doable with the new client?

Ideally, placing someone on the do not queue list would keep you from being queued with that player for a specified number of days. I would recommend at least 30 days. By doing this, I believe that the quality of experience in LOL ranked play would increase- for both players in many cases.

OW tried that to disastrous results. Basically, people abused the system to avoid having bad teammates or good opponents. High-skill snipers, for example, were unable to find games.

I would think if it only stopped you from being matched with someone on a team (not as an opponent) it would work a little better. But I get why it would still be dangerous to implement.
