5x report = banned? why not chat restriction

the report only shows one game, in which maybe 4-5 reported me. it wasn't the flamiest thing people ever seen. Maybe you can just give me 25 game chat restriction since its only one game and not hyper-toxic my last restriction was a 15 game mute, why jump from 15 to 2 week ban? only on one game..

these are the chat logs that usually get me chat restriction, but with 3 games, and not a ban.

why does this give me 2 week ban. give me 25 chat restriction game instead

There is no 15 game chat restriction. The punishment tiers are as follows:

1.) 10 game chat restriction 2.) 25 game chat restriction 3.) 14 day ban 4.) Permanent ban

It is possible to skip certain punishment tiers if Riot deems the behavior severe enough, but my guess is that what you thought was a 15 game chat restriction was actually a 25 game one, which would mean that your next punishment (this one) is a 2 week ban.

Just because you only received one game does not necessarily mean that is the only game that lead to your punishment. The system is designed to only send you 1-3 games as examples of your behavior that got you punished. It is not an extensive list of everything that you did wrong.

Also, have you checked your client for chat logs? Your e-mail will generally only contain one game of chat logs due to size limit, but trying to log into the client will sometimes give you more.
