Harsher Punishments for Frequent Queue-Dodgers

You get that perfect ARAM champion...and someone queue dodges. Whatever, now your next game you're stuck with someone else you're not good with and the enemy team has that true ARAM account squad look to it, but you get your game. But then it happens again, and again, and again after that. You get into queue, some dipshit ARAM account didnt get their Lux or Nami and just dodges. FOURTEEN FUCKING QUEUES LATER, you FINALLY get a game, cause the 3 or 4 kids that keep dodging queue are FINALLY up to 30 minute timers instead of 6 minute ones.

And it still applies outside of ARAM too, particularly in ranked where "nobody banned [blank] dodges" is pretty popular especially in bronze/silver. Sure the argument can be made "well, better them dodge than force a 20 minute game of inting" but in all honesty, that doesn't really change their mentality either. If these players are going to simply dodge or troll whenever they dont perfectly get their way in the pre game, they shouldn't be signing up for modes that are random, or modes that are meant to be competitively ranked. Since most of these twats would be the trolls and inters anyway, can we just...sort of crush them out of existence with harsher punishment?
