So I've been playing games right getting levels and chests but ive encountered a problem, in over 2 levels I dont have enough blue essence for a 4800 champ.In over 10 chests Ive gotten only enough orange essence for one alistar skin and rerolled the rest for a galio skin.My question is why is it not rewarding to play the game and why do i have to use real currency to get new champions at an effective rate.
I think this discussion would be better suited for Gameplay, rather than Player Behavior.
I do have a response, but, as mentioned, I think it'd be better to have it in another board.
Boohoo I have to pay for game content for a game that's totally free, boohoo I'm so entitled to get everything for free, boohoo life is so unfair to me.

Lol you're treating this issue as if there was a real problem. It's a free game. They don't owe you nothing. If they decided that from tomorrow on, there's no more blue essence, no more orange essence, and everything has to be paid for directly with a CC, there's nothing you could do and yet, it would be their right to do that. You're not paying a damn dime to play this game. Get off your high horse you entitled little princess .
It was founded that way, and it still is that way. But that doesn't mean it necessarily have to stay that way. League was bought by Tencent, if they decide to abandon the F2P model, what are you going to do? Quit? They won't care. But you do act like a spoiled little brat. You can literally spend zero dollars over the course of an entire year, get all the game fun for totally free, for the whole year, and you have the audacity to complain that you don't get enough for free? Do you even hear yourself?
I have been leveling a new account on and off since the new leveling system started. I just hit level 17 recently, and have found that it is frustratingly difficult to accrue enough blue essence to buy champs. What's most frustrating is that at level 17 I own 3 champions. Just 3. And even with over 10 champion shards in my loot, I can BARELY afford a 4th champion right now... and that's only if I settle for the cheapest champions.
After 17 levels worth of games, I feel like I should have earned at least enough for maybe 10 or so champions? At this rate I'll be well beyond level 30 before I'm able to acquire the 20 champs necessary to play draft pick.
