MeilinII1 votesSplit pushing is not reportable. However, if you are ignoring your base and allowing the enemy to take inhibs while sitting at the middle of top lane, you fall under the 'must be trying to win the game' part of the Summoners code.

It is though.
Realistically you likely never would be punished because it is going to be indistinguishable from trying to farm to catch up. But you admitted what you are doing, you can't pretend that it isn't letting them win now. At least not on the boards.
