I need to talk to a rioter or an arbiter regarding an important topic I can't discuss openly. I don't think there are ways to PM people in the boards so I wish to know a way I can contact them. Also support would be a no brainer but in cases like this they are not helping me.

I would appreciate if Deep Terror Nami read this post (just coz I love you Nami)

If Player Support isn't helping you, it's unlikely that anything can be done except ask to speak to another Support member and hope they see your issue differently. You can shoot me a PM on Twitter here though.
