PSA: even while CR you can get Champ-marks when your champ mastery is lv 5 and you get S-/S/S+

personal friend of mine got 10games CR yesterday, it still says he isnt able to earn loot, yet he still got a champ mark (the things you need to get the champ lv to 6 or 7)

That way Riot can get him to spend money on the shards he can't get in-game. :-p
