Just had a game with inting flamer who was toxic from the start.

I can't explain otherwise, is it possible that account was stolen and now being forced to be banned ? Why on Earth a dude (kog) without any provoked reason would be flaming from minute 1 and then inting without a reason ?

Well, now gonna see how long I have to wait to get a feedback from RIOT.

One hour after - still no confirmation regarding blatant feeder and toxic flamer.

Update. It took over 2 hours to punish blatant feeder. Not sure how the system works though.
