please provide me why i was banned for 2 weeks with no warnings or email notification. Checked spam and various folders already. thanks.

I believe there was a mass ban today. They typically focus on improper 3rd party software, intentional feeding, or other non-chat based issues. You should receive an email in a day or so if that's the case.
I got a ban while serving a chat ban for 25 games, I was almost done with the 25 games and hardly said anything during them. I don't understand what the issue is and I don't have any email showing why I was banned?
I also want to state that almost everytime I get in reported/in trouble it's a group of players that are in dynamic together reporting me. Before dynamic q I'd never been chat restricted in my life and I've been playing since season 1. Now I'm banned? I've spent alot of money here, alot.
As a solo player dynamic has done nothing but ruin the experience from multiple facets. Regardless of that I still don't understand why I was banned during a chat ban I had almost completed and hardly said anything.
I'm going to be frank, get your shit together. This is america. You keep peddling to the casuals you are going to kill this game, just like every other mega game in the history of gaming has went.
bump, still no email. Woke up this morning, DLed patch and went to log on and client says im banned for 2 weeks. No explanation why. Legit just got a 25 game chat ban 2 days ago, hardly said anything during the games since. Now account is banned and I don't know why.
As someone who's spent like 50 bucks a month for years on this game I'm beyond asking nicely. Never chat banned before dynamic queue was released and now I'm account banned for 2 weeks. As a hardcore gamer, a long time supporter and player of league, at this rate my account will be permabanned not long from now meaning I have zero incentive to spend money at the current direction league is going. This is america, stop trying to baby everyone, stop with all the censorship, it's not improving the game, it's only making the game more palatable for the casual crowd and every direction taken to appease that is another nail the coffin. I've been PC gaming for almost 20 years now, going back to the original release of starcraft and I've seen every gaming titan die due to greed brought on by companies trying to milk as much out of their casual base as possible. They alienate their most loyal customers for the sake of making the experience better for people who generally don't care that much about the game, the people that will just fine something else to play.
You take care of your own first as with the loss of the loyal, you lose the foundation you've built everything on and eventually it will crumble.
Bans are never and accident. You probably deserved what came to you.
Is it possible you never synced emails ?
Still no email explaining. Point is I was serving a chat ban for arguing with others during games, "always dynamic queue squads where if you disagree turns into flame war and all their friends report you".
As I was saying, was serving a chat ban for 25 games and hardly said anything during them, I had like 5 games left, got off for night, woke up in morning, went to log on and it said I was banned for 2 weeks and there would be an email explaining. It's been 3-4 days now, still no email explaining.
I had never been chat banned that I can remember before dynamic queue and I've been playing since season 1. Now I've been chat banned 3 times this season and apparently account banned now for 2 weeks. I don't say racist things, I don't say killyourself or threaten lives. It's almost always just dumb arguments with dynamic queue groups, often times a full chinese team that is queued up and doesnt communicate at all. They say stuff like SB, CAO NI MA, "american dog" etc but reporting just one of them as myself doesn't accomplish anything while their group all reports me and I get screwed.
It's also worth noting my normal MMR is much lower than my ranked so when I get in normal games I have a tendency to make plays I'd expect in mid Plat where my main is but silvers and low golds in normals don't follow up so it looks like I'm just bad or feeding. Then a flame war starts because differing levels of understanding about the game.
As a mainly solo player I rarely ever report others cause I'm not a baby, I don't report for talking alot in game. Only times I really report are if someone truly goes out of their way to flame me or more importantly, a player or players compromise the integrity of the game by feeding, afk, quitting, etc.
Sure you can say, just mute, or just dont talk or argue, but the point is dynamic groups have the option to flame me as long as they circumvent the chat filter and get away with it while I can't react to their comments without getting in trouble. This was never an issue before dynamic and tribunal back when players got to factor in the context of the situation and not just how many times you typed in a match and words that were said.
P.S. I'd like an email/explanation. I've spent alot of time and money in this game.
Also I'd like an option to reset "NORMAL MMR", even if i have to pay for it, just so I can raise it quickly to around my ranked MMR range so I can play with people I know what to expect from. It's hard to raise your normal mmr when you have 5000 plus games played, many early on in career which is why the mmr is so low.
Made a new account and my normal mmr on that is mainly plats and diamonds and games feel much more competitive and interesting.
