Someone said racist stuff in the post game chat but will reporting even do anything?
Note that I did report them and specified it was in post game chat but seems like there's no way for them to get punished

Post game chat is available to be manually reviewed, not sure if the system catches post game yet be sure to include in the report post game chat is where it occured
also open a support ticket for if you feel it needed
Nope. The automated system doesn't see postgame chat.
Why do you think they wouldnt be punished? I mean Riot does look at pre/post game chat, and im sure the automated system also looks into it as well so as long as they said it and you reported them they will be dealt with, might not be right away, but it will happen!
I've found that the League community has been quickly becoming a hot den of extreme racism and white supremacy in recent memory. I don't know what to blame it on; between this collapsing socio-political climate in this country and the exploding racism, it's difficult to tell the difference between the racists and the idiots from 4chan parroting whatever dumb shit they found on a board. No matter the origin, it needed to be quashed when it started skyrocketing two years ago.
Nothings gonna happen if you send a screenshot to support. I've done it lots of times when players say racist things post chat and Support doesn't do anything. They will just send you a copy pasted letter saying they'll check it out.
