Which in turn kicks the toxic player out of the lobby and they can't play while the rest of the players continue on with their day instead of having to dodge and force a punishment on themselves or have to deal with a troll for the next 25 minutes. Cannot even tell you how many times someone purposely bans someone elses champion because they're salty from their previous game.
So my team picks yasuo, irelia, xin zhao and pyke.
I take lissandra into bot lane.
My team freaks out and says I'm adc and I'm trolling.
I tell them that they are all AD, so we need some magic dmg and a partial tank. Plus I'm queued as a botlaner, not an ADC.
They continue saying that liss is not an adc.
They vote to kick me.
Now I'm kicked out of champ select and can't queue up for the next 25 minutes, because my team can't think outside the box, where they rather be an all AD comp than to allow 1 position to go off meta.

I dont think being compotent on 1/16th of all champions is to much to ask so you dont have to deal with this.
People are way to much of trolls to allow this. People will kick you if you dont play what they want you to.
Also premades could just sit in que and troll people FOREVER.
