@Riot - Blank Reports

My league experience over the years has exposed me to players whose behavior are very report-able, and sometimes outright ban-able. I used to write some details in the description section because I thought it would help, but it has come to the point where I just select the reason for reporting and move on, in other words, "blank reporting". So far, I have not received any notifications on my reports having any effect, and I am beginning to feel concerned that they really aren't.

The question I would like Riot Games to clarify for me, and anybody else that might find their answer helpful:

Do "blank" reports garner any less attention than reports with details?
