As far as this player getting punshed, the system looks for patterns of behavior. And if he's on a chat restriction, you won't be able to tell if he's getting punished for poor behavior just by looking at his game history.

he is able to play games, he didnt say a word all game, was last picked and made out mid go support while he ran down mid lane

Clown Apocalypse1 voteslol pffft 7 games....if you keep scrollin his history he's done it a good 15 times in the past 2 or 3 weeks. This is why nobody takes their report system seriously. Rather than address the issue of why he's still playing and enforcing their EULA on a toxic player, they are trying to censor your speech for bringing it to the forums when clearly their report system doesn't work. It's more important to them that you don't say anything bad about a player intentionally screwing people over with no punishment. IMO Player Behavior and Modification should be THE place to come name and shame people when it comes to shit like this. I wish I had screenshots of all the troll shit I experienced in 1000 bronze games this season. Out of my 500 or so losses i'd wager a good 100 of em had people who INTENTIONALLY fed or just hardcore trolled or rage quit. They always talk about how it happens in relatively few games ya-da-da-da....but when it happens 100 times to you in a season the shit starts to get old. Some people only even play 100 games in a season in ranked. I've had 100 games where people made me lose on purpose. I feel your pain man. Hopefully they ban that asshole.

Posting a player's name in conjunction with posting negative things about them constitutes Naming & Shaming and will be removed from the Boards in every instance.
As for your question, it's not for me to answer. I'm part of the Moderation team and only came in to let you know why I removed the name instead of just removing the whole discussion. If you continue to try to bring attention to a specific player in regards to this discussion, we will have to remove it entirely.
Please focus your discussion on the issue without targeting a specific player as a means of explaining what you see as a problem. Thank you.

And how do you know he isn't already on a punishment track? Right now, most of the punishments start with restricted play as opposed to suspensions and bans. That means you can't tell if they are on punishment, especially if they are still on the low end of the punishment scale.

AJStarhiker1 votesNo delay only means that he doesn't leave/afk his games. Maybe he didn't talk because he was already on a chat ban. As far as the message about him getting punished, that only happens is if the game you reported was the last one needed for a punishment. It doesn't mean it didn't happen.
My question to you is: Why are you obsessing about this? If he was trolling you, guess what? He succeeded. He's gotten under your skin and letting it affect your enjoyment of the game. Forget him. That's your best revenge.
