There is no reason to throw salt at the board mod just because you're angry. He didn't cause this, and he is only trying to do what he's supposed to.
The boards aren't the appropriate place to call out player and Name-and-Shame is against the board rules.
As far as this player getting punshed, the system looks for patterns of behavior. And if he's on a chat restriction, you won't be able to tell if he's getting punished for poor behavior just by looking at his game history.

keep in mind, 4 others on his team per game...right now he has ruined 28 players games and still unpunished

btw im not shaming him, im point out facts aka his history. i didnt call him names and i didnt shame him...i posted his history and asked why people are allowed to do this and go unpunished

By posting the link to his history, you are still calling him out in a way that violates the board rules.
And how do you know he isn't already on a punishment track? Right now, most of the punishments start with restricted play as opposed to suspensions and bans. That means you can't tell if they are on punishment, especially if they are still on the low end of the punishment scale.
i can tell 1- i didnt get the msg he got punished 2- he has kept playing games after the fact 3- he is in a game right now after just doing so 4- he waited no time to que up again

No delay only means that he doesn't leave/afk his games. Maybe he didn't talk because he was already on a chat ban. As far as the message about him getting punished, that only happens is if the game you reported was the last one needed for a punishment. It doesn't mean it didn't happen.
My question to you is: Why are you obsessing about this? If he was trolling you, guess what? He succeeded. He's gotten under your skin and letting it affect your enjoyment of the game. Forget him. That's your best revenge.
