[QUESTION] What is the punishment for messaging one with scam links?

Hey,

So I've just received messages from several people containing links to some "Free RP" website. Those people didn't have their account overtaken by some bot and they did sent those links knowing they did so.

Since I've reported them I just wondered if there's a potential penalty sharing those links and what this penalty would be. Anybody here who could answer this? I couldn't find any information regarding this matter.

PS: If you see something along the lines of "Halloween event, free RP etc.". Don't trust it and tell your friends who sent those links not to do so either. The website you'll see is kinda well faked. I've tested it on another device just to be sure, since several people were like "Hey, this is totally legit, come on bro, click the link."
