I created a post here - http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/60we9X3y-very-bad-aram-team - and it was deleted, I'm not sure why it was deleted as I don't think I broke any of the rules about it and I would like to have an answer on it. Can someone explain what I've done wrong with this or if there's somewhere else I should be raising this?
o Maui o3 votesYour image contains the uncensored summoner names of the other players in your game. This is a violation of the forum policy prohibiting naming-and-shaming fellow players.
You can submit a support ticket to Riot if you didn't report them, include any screenshots or other evidence you might have.
Jeremiah3131 votesAhhh, that makes sense then, I read over the rules but must have missed that part. I tried to submit a support ticket but when I clicked the ticket it brought me to the NA site and I couldn't get back to OCE to log in and create one.
Deep Terror Nami2 votesWhen you are creating a ticket you select your region at that point. The ticket system is shared. For inquiries on boards moderation you'll want to post on the Player Behavior & Moderation board; though, your notification should've explained what it was removed for.

Tonight I played a game of ARAM with a group of players who were obviously a premade team working together. We were easily winning and I was trying to just finish the game, however every time we got to the enemy base(many many times) my team mates would all suicide into the base. This is something that happens often enough in ARAM and the first few times I let it go, however when it happened the 3rd or 4th time, I asked them to stop it and just end the game. They continued to do it another 3 or 4 times and eventually it got to the point where the enemy team were killing our nexus. We managed to push them back and I asked if we could just end the game, so they all surrendered. I've been playing League for 5 or so years now and I've never been this infuriated at a team. I've reported them all through the feedback system but that can prove completely useless if I'm the only one to report them and since the tribunal is pushing up daisies it seems like this is the only way I could get anyone to notice. I would really appreciate some kind of feedback on this.

The reason they do that is to get more kills. While I don't do that I don't believe that's a reportable offense.
