Client not loading properly

Hello,

My client isn't loading up properly, I get to the screen in the screenshot and it goes no further. I can click where the launch button should be and I get the sound you normally get but nothing else changes. I've tried closing and restarting, restarting computer, re-installing LOL and opening via the admin.exe but all give the same result. Any assistance would be great.
