Riot...how much more do you need? Why the IFS should be re-named "Super Chat Filter 5000" >>
About 5 days ago I got a player in my game who raged at me after i didn't follow him into a 1v4 fight. He reported me, i reported him, the usual double reports that results in nothing (since he didn't hit any trigger words). After I left the post game chat I que'd up again, got support and I got stuck with the same guy from the very start of champ select he was telling how mad he was and that he was going to throw the game so I would get demoted. He insta-locked a Corki with smite and proceed to tell the team that I have to lose.
We get into game and leash for him. He never does blue and says some non-sense about pump faking me and the adc into a useless leash. Then he follows us bot and int feds, steals cs, pushes the wave, tell the enemy team where my wards are at, ....just basic trolling stuff. Eventually our cait raged and started blowing summoners at random and running it down bot and int feeding as well. The other 2 players on the team begged them to stop and play but the corki and the now super tilted cait just fed. Cait was smart not to talk much in game while corki did the usual ( i call them troll disguise statements) of good job team, we can do this, don't give, as he fed kills and int trolled. As expected, we lost and we reported them at the end of the game.
Afterwards I sent in a ticket with screenshots and every bit of information they could need. I sent them screen shots of corki bragging that he lost me the game and that i was lucky not get demoted. Cait just left post game asap. Now I'm sure Riot can see far more than my screenshots if they took more than 15 seconds to investigate the chat and look at the game. Anyways, I get this response from Riot:
Howdy themachamp,
I'm Corndog and I'm here to help out!
I am quite sorry to hear you ran into someone who was certainly not acting within the Summoner's Code D:
I'd be happy to take the information you've offered use it to investigate the issue you've pointed out to me. Unfortunately, I can't tell you if I decide to enact any justice in this situation, as it would be a violation of the player's privacy.
If you encounter any other players who are determined to put teammates on tilt, I encourage that you mute them and continue to play to the best of your ability. I know that in this case, the Mute function would not stop his feeding, but it would limit your interaction with him. After the game is over, use the Report system to let us know what happened, and we will take it from there.
If you have any questions, please let me know!

Basically ....Riot just said sorry but we are not going to do shit. How do i know nothing happened? Simple, I checked up on them on op.gg and they have been playing every single day since they were reported. How do I know that they didn't get a chat restrict you might ask? In truth i don't but anyone with common sense can safely assume that giving someone a chat restrict for int feeding and trolling would not make a difference in their behavior at all. The real trolls like these that are smart enough to defeat the "Super Chat Filter 5000" will ruin games and get others banned by cause frustration and tilt while Riot cops out with the "you are always responsible for your own actions" statement (which they have overturned several of cases btw).
Riot, instead of just patting yourselves on the back for making a glorified chat filter, how about actually follow up on cases of non-verbal trolling/inting and do something. I mean, when we as players take our time to send you a ticket and hand you everything you need to take action on a silver platter, and nothing is done, what message does that send? Its ok to ruin games if you don't do it too much? If you troll without a pattern and vary the consistency then you are free to ruin as many games as you please? I hope not... but man that certainly does sound like the case.
Tl:dr: IFS is a gloried chat filter, int feeder system has to have too many safety features to be effective, why bother reporting and sending evidence if nothing is ever done, when will riot realize a lot of "verbal abuse" is directly preceded by non-verbal trolling that never gets punished. and finally.....how much evidence do you need to take action???
