I heard in this new season with all the changes and things they were going to unban all permabanned accounts is that true ? I mean why not unban them new season fresh start for everyone . The thing is people will downvote for what ever reason and say toxic people need not be in the game . Here is the thing 100% of the community is toxic because anything is toxic because people get butt hurt

I'm certainly not a toxic player. I never use chat except the occasional "gj" when my team does a cool thing, I play my hardest every game and mute those that are pretty much not going to make things enjoyable. Really no reason to put my account at risk because someone else wants to be an "alpha." The same alpha who gets butthurt over every little mistake and let's their emotions control them.
And no, Riot is not unbaning noted toxic player accounts. They're potentially lifting T1s "ban on sight" ruling if he shows no signs of toxicity on his current account(s). He will not have his old accounts unbanned.
Obviously people are going to get offended by almost anything nowadays, but that doesn't mean that saying things like "kys" is acceptable behavior.
