Received a 25 chat restriction on 23 FEB. Unable to get key fragmets because of "bad behaviour" until.... yesterday.

I had a 10 game chat restriction, and it took a week for mine. guess being forced into games with toxic players and me not responding due to no longer giving a fuck about riot punishing them paid off..

I don't think i really understand that question. But, i'll give it a try : Do you mean if i didn't get key fragmets until now, because of my chat restriction ? Yes. Everytime i got an S, it would tell me that i am not eligile to rewards due to my recent behaviour.

What I meant was when you got your key fragments/chest finally, was your chat restriction over. Looks like you say yes so we now have proof that chat restriction=hextech restriction. Thanks man!
