Need help figuring this out

This is not a "Forgive me" post. This is a "Help me not mess this up again" post.

EDIT: Seems like I'm not capable of getting the ban lifted. Still no clue what triggered this, so for now, looks like I'm not going to bother making a new account as there is no way I can ensure this from happening again. ** _ANOTHER EDIT: It seems like a lot of recently banned people have been using CurseVoice, and so have I. I have disabled all in-game options for it since day one of installing the program, so if it is Curse, I am upset about being suspected of using it to enhance my performance. **_ So yesterday I was permanently suspended because it is thought that my account was modified (use of scripts, hacks, exploits, or malicious 3rd party programs) in a way with would be advantageous for me and my team. I know its hard to believe me due to all of the "I have never..."s that people say when they are banned, but I have never, I swear, never messed with my account in such a way. It just wouldn't be fair to the opposing team, my team, and myself, and being the child of an experienced gaming and IT guy, I was raised knowing better than to alter my game play in a way that would compromise my own faults.

It feels like I have only been getting automated responses for my ticket (I know its a Supporter, I suppose it's just their way of typing or possibly copy/pasted messages), which is rather frustrating, because it makes it seem like my account will not be released under any circumstance.

I've been stressing out all day and I've started to think that a program might have triggered this, since I have not downloaded, purchased, or however someone gets their hands on scripts and such. I have had trouble with my SteelSeries Engine 3 beforehand (which was only a logging in issue) and I am having trouble thinking of programs which might have conflicted with the detection system. Looking into it, I've read that Curse used to provide information that was deemed advantageous to players and I dominantly use Curse as my way of communication (overlay is disabled), although I believe that I started using it once the issue was resolved. I'm not very sure if the Razer junk I have installed would be a problem, as I have had it for many years. I also have OBS, but it is way out of date.

If you have any ideas as to what programs might have had an impact, please tell me. I don't want to put in another 600 dollars and several years on an account only to be suspended for the same reason.
