Post Game harassment.

Just played a game with a per-made 5 man group. I was asked to join as the fifth from a real life friend and trusted the game wasn't going to be "that bad" I didn't know the other three players but fast forward, we lost, and while in-game the trio said close to nothing. But the instant the game was over, they because so insanely toxic I have a hard time believing Riot hasn't gotten rid of them.

My question is this, I reported each for abusive conduct etc, but what does Riot do about post game chat? Does the report only use in-game typing? Or should I post the pictures I took of the chat post-game? Most include them telling me to kill myself or attempting to belittle me since the happen to know my real name thanks to the one (Only one who did his job/was a normal human being) who invited me. The insult didnt hurt my feeling or anything and I wont be losing sleep over it. I just cant help but wonder how and why riot hasn't done anything about players like that. League gets a bad rep for having a toxic community, but seeing first hand how pitiful they are is just sad. Worse is not knowing if anything being done about it.

They were just middle-school level insults. "you look dumb, your life sucks, kill yourself" etc. Nothing anyone's never heard before if they made it past 9th grade. I just don't get how people like that are allowed to keep playing your game.

Post game chat is recorded and checked. There is a problem where post game chat isn't included in the logs they send you when you are punished for harassment, but Riot has said time and time again, pre- and post-game chat is punishable.
