Is it punishable to use mom jokes?
Example from an actual game:
"An ally has been slain."
: I hope useless ass Yi does something as I'm getting ganked 6 times in 10 min.
(me): I made your mom's anus bleed last night, that's something.

That's not a mom joke. That's just toxic behavior.
A mom joke is something like "Yo mama's so fat, when Nasus killed her with his Q, he got 30 stacks."
I think the example you gave is definitely reportable. They won't punish someone for that single time alone. But if you do that, regularly, I think you will.
By itself, no. I wish people would have higher respect for other people's mothers. If you do it too many times and you're reported for it each time, you will be punished for it eventually.
That's just being a douche to an already frustrated player and fueling the fire. That's also something I expect to hear/see from a CoD player who is 10 years old or younger (I got these type of "mom insults" all the time in Call of Duty when I was still playing it back when I was in high school).
I'd say it's report-worthy. Come on, be classy and don't insult other peoples' mothers. This community isn't Call of Duty, but it's starting to sound like a MOBA version of it.
