Mutual dodge

Ever lobbied into a game and being caught with a salty team even in the champion select? Thing is, you know you can't skip, you do you just waste time. Why am I even asking this, this happens to everyone. It would be nice if, when we get a salty teammate we can just agree to a mutual dodge and report the player that is the reason for why the dodging is happening.

Too many times I enter a game (whether rank or not) and I simply just don't want to play with that salty person just because his poor little Riven was banned or whatever, I understand that the system made is so that people don't just dodge whenever the situation is too off for them however we would need a way to go against those salty players, plus with this kind of features, players who are highly salty or very flaming will be discarded from the queue until they can have fun without dampening the mood on other players.

Or so, that is what I believe this could do however I do understand that this could be abused, however the entire team would have to agree which would make it unlikely that this gets abused easily.
