Fix the patch update

I have no clue how long it's been there but there's a bug where in the download screen once it hits 33% it will go on forever "calculating differences" and I waited 'till it was over 5000 before deciding that I was done and I was tired of this doing that almost every patch... I have faster download and upload than my friend (10 times faster) and yet he can download it instantly, but it's not just me... This happens to many other people where they get stuck at 33% and the thing starts "calculating differences" when in fact it's not doing anything at all it's just looking for a waste of time and effort on your computer... Anyways I hope that Riot or people of the community can help me and the others who also have this problem, it's really annoying especially when you waited an hour just to obtain absolutely nothing.
