Hack? Or just a bug?

I would like you to look under Graves and look at how he leveled his abilities, apparently he got his ultimate at level 5? And got it at 10 and 15 too instead of 6,11,16... I was wondering, I don't remember him using it at level 5 and I didn't save a replay of that match but I'm just saying that I just noticed and found that a little fishy...

half the time the client bugs out replays/spectator so you can't really trust that stuff.

Unless you legit saw him use it at level 5 or below you can't prove it. Therefor its just a bug until proven otherwise.

I've had bugs like the enemy turrets/allied turrets where just blue boxes firing blue boxes. I mean if bugs like that still exist then theres probably a large possibility stuff like having ult at level 5 somehow exists.

if a hacker could choose the level he can ult, y not lv 1. i think its just bug
