The Instant feedback report is notoriously unreliable. It doesnt always show up. Ive heard its because it's purpose is to serve as an occasional reminder that your reports do get looked at. It is not intended to give you information on specific accounts that youve reported, as other people's account status is not really your business. So if you've gotten one before, just know that your reports do get reviewed. You dont need the notice every single time you report someone and they get punished. Let Riot do their job, and go about your life. Them getting punished doesnt change what they said to you. But you can be pretty sure that Riot has reviewed the report and considering what he said, he probably got punished. Now move on. You're even. He told you to "kys" and you've called him a disgusting awful lunatic back, plus reported him.
