My story: Permabanned

Hey guys my name is lIIusions and I was permanently banned from league of legends. I've been playing for over 4 years at this point and I've spent 250$ on the game (Can I charge-back anything?). I was banned for toxicity and I'm not saying I wasn't toxic I'm just saying that a perma-ban is way too harsh. I was in a game with a bunch of friends and the enemies were flaming in chat and bming. So I started flaming them back and it got to the point where I called them %%%gots. They then openly admitted to being an LGBT group. I harassed them for being gay. I don't support the LGBT movement what so ever because of my beliefs. But I do want to apologize for harassing them. I know what I did was wrong but I've been called every single word in the book thousands of times in game. I screwed up this one game and my account is gone? Seeing that I haven't had a single other offense besides a chat ban a few months ago. I also understand that a 2 week ban is usually seen before a permanent suspension. So please if any Rioter is reading this consider giving me another chance. I would rather anything than having a permanent ban. If anyone else wants to share their thoughts please do.

Riot has a zero tolerance policy for hate speech. So yeah, permaban is the punishment. It's also in the TOS you accepted.

Not supporting LGBT movement and calling people %%%gots is not the same thing. Also you have already received a chat restriction so you knew what you were doing was wrong. I don't see why you deserve less than a perma ban judging by your own admissions.

Unforantly you kinda did this to yourself. If you would have just not responded to them, Then your account would be fine. Trust me as a guy who has over a thousand games won and maybe even more played. I've seen everything you can throw at me in chat. Just muting or not responding is the best answer.

I really doubt that it was just one game. You clearly deserve a perma ban, and i'm glad you're not a part of this community any more. Please keep your personal politics out of my video game.

Don't worry about other people, just worry about yourself. At the end of the round just report them or whatever but do not fight back. The punishment system isn't "This guy did something worse so I'm not going to be punished"

So like, what's the issue here? You were toxic, used hatespeech, and literally continued harassing them after the fact they admitted they were an LGBT group. You deserved it. Good riddance. No one should have to play with something like you.

Hi, I would just like to say that as an active LGBT member, you have triggered me to the highest degree. League of Legends is all about having a fun, safe environment to socialize and play in. Being gay doesn't make you a bad person, and it certainly should not be a reason to be flamed. You disgust me. There is a reason you were permabanned; and that reason is that you don't fit into the League community AT ALL.
