Looking for Duo Partner

Hi whoever is here. I was looking for a duo partner. I've been playing league for over 2 years at an infrequent rate, I got silver 4 in season 4 right out of my provisional games. I played ranked mildly then and left the season with my silver banner, I've started to play a lot more often. This year in season 5 didn't go as well I got bronze 3 out of my provisional games and was pretty pissed I've been playing a lot of ranked over the month and climbed out of bronze. I'm currently Silver 5 with 72 lp. So I did most of the climb out of bronze with out a duo partner and it went great. But now that I'm in silver it's been a little harsher. I've been in 2 series for silver 4 and lost both 1 win 2 losses. I think I need a duo partner to help. I deem myself better than the average player as I can play all roles decently and I have a tendency to either play neutrally or carry. I work well with others and I never rage. I think I need someone with similar attributes.

I live in Minnesota (a state in the central timezone of the USA) and I get home from school every day 3:10 I'm available to play anytime after that. So if that works for you it works for me just comment and ya. I don't just need one permanent duo partner either you can swoop in and carry me sometimes and other times I can duo with other people.
