Let's keep in mind for a moment the fact that whether you were harassed or not has no bearing on punishment; negative behavior is negative behavior regardless of what prompted it to begin with.

I get that that's frustrating, but think about it this way: If one person is shouting insults in a public place and a second person starts shouting equal insults back, both people are shouting insults and thus equally at fault.

Overall, it seems like you're ragging on the Master Yi player all game long. Regardless of how he/she played, that kind of behavior feels pretty terrible on the receiving end, and can drag team morale into the gutter extremely quickly.

The point isn't that your speech is grossly offensive, it's that almost everything you said was either a complaint about other players or an insult.

Everyone on these forums who gets punished seems to think that if someone else is rude/toxic/mean to them, they have the right to return the favour.

The fact is you don't. You are responsible for what you say. The actions of others does not give you the right to mistreat them or speak to them in this way.

This is the result of being an adolescent before puberty.

I estimate that about 70% or more players who get banned often are middle school age and don't understand how rules or society works.
