1 report = 9 reports, no reason to cause more drama then im guessing their already is

It's more annoying than anything else, really. I mean, what's the point? If the person deserves a report and the people you're asking would report them, you asking them to won't change anything.
Why can't that be a splash screen tip?
Threads like this just annoy me.
The players for whom you're trying to send this message toward aren't going to see it, they don't come to the boards, not to mention they aren't going to change their ways because some guy on a forum tells them to stop doing it.
Sure, I agree with the message itself, but sometimes these Boards just seem like a massive circle-jerk-echo-chamber where people write the same threads, expressing the same recycled material and farming those upvotes from those that agree.

Riot actually has mentioned before that they encourage you not to say that, yeah it's annoying and it's used against me a lot when I have a bad match lol
