Reassurance, riot does get post chat right?
Our attack speed nautilus 1/10 says in post game "I was trollin lol" and "welcome to my elo hell". They see that right?

Put it in the comments of the report to look at post game
IIRC they CAN see it but the autobanner doesn't look at it, so should the report trigger a manual review the comments would help whoever manually reviews
The Instant Feedback System does not use lobby chat, but it is saved and can be pulled for manual review. Annotate it in the description.
Ah so the chances are slim. He'll be doing it for a while then.
The guy runs a pattern, after looking at his history, of playing about ten regular matches and then playing some random weird troll thing going 2/12 or something, he probably won't be caught.
