riots master plan to stop trolls

riot wants to stop trolls, but how to catch them?

there are millions of reports per day, far too many to look at. but 95% of those reports are for toxicity.

so they have decided to set ridiculously harsh penalties for being negative in chat. knowing eventually no one will dare ay anything that might be considered the slightest bit toxic. and when that happens, 95% of their reports go away.

the remaining number of reports will be few enough that they can actually start looking at them and can begin hitting some trolls.

it is an extremely long term plan and a few thousand people who dont really deserve it will end up getting banned, but eventually it could work.
