Will I get reward after this season finish ? I got chat restriction last month

So long as your chat restriction has ended by the end of the season, you will be eligible for season rewards (assuming no other suspensions on your account):
From Riot Support:
Assuming your ban was not for boosting, if the ban was issued before 8/22 (PST) you will be **eligible **for rewards.
If your ban was issued for boosting anytime since the beginning of the season, you will be **ineligible **for rewards.
If your ban was issued as a protective hold due to suspicious activity, a chargeback, or other temporary but indefinite measure, you will be eligible for rewards.
i think they said only temp bans that are 7 days or longer disqualify you if you were punished after late august?
