Is it possible to break the 1000 damage cap at level 15, without full build, & without baron buff?

I just got hit for 1500 straight damage.

it is if you don't build any defence to them. no armor to ad or no mr to ap. veigar for example is able to have unlimited scaling on ap so with enough time, they could hit you for 10,000 damage (though games aren't that long). 1500 is easily possible.

same thing for nasus for ad. they can keep stacking so they can keep building up their damage.

Jhin can get well over 1000 AD easily due to how his passive works. There is no AD or AP cap. There only seems to be an AD cap because you can only buy so many full AD items. Only Attack speed has a cap which is 2.5 though KogMaw can double and exceed that cap with his Bio Arcane Barrage ability.

That's because you can only build so many items at a time. Since you can only build 6 items and when building full AD it usually renders you VERY squishy and easily one shot by opponents if they have good burst casters like, Veigar for example who has the ability to infinitely gain Ability Power due to his passive Phenomenal Evil Power.

No, you're there because you have a poor understanding of the game, nothing more.

Improve your play and stop making excuses for getting dumpstered. No one is cheating, and even if they were I've yet to see a hack that lets players deal more damage. Maybe dodge scripts, but that's 1 out of every hundreds of games.

Getting beaten by someone, or outplayed, doesn't make them a cheater.
