I'll remove this post if/when the player that said these (among other toxic things) has a break in their playtime, indicating a ban.

And before any of you post about post-game chat not being covered by IFS, I know. But no reason it shouldn't be if an account is flagged for review. Especially for things of this nature.

Did you check the hate speech box when you reported them?

I'm not certain that it's useful, but I know that checking that box will activate the zero tolerance module of the IFS. I think that the zero tolerance module should always active when reported for verbal abuse, but I do not have the information to say that it does.

So, that's what I do in cases like this.
