MUMBINO August 8th 2019, 2:08:26 pm I know those players were showing negative behavior as well so as I mentioned before, I'm going to be looking into those players accounts and take the appropriate action because calling others names like that is not ok either.
But we are still responsible for how we react to other players negativity. So even though they are calling you names like this, telling them how bad they are performing and arguing about how to play the game is only going to worsen the situation for everyone involved and cause the emotions to escalate. This is why I encourage players to mute other negative players so you don't feel obligated to retaliate back to their negativity and defend themselves. Which will help prevent you from getting penalized in the future.
I can't speak on behalf of that player's situation and why they were lifted/or not because I was not apart of that case. But typically the only way we look into reducing a suspension is if the account was incorrectly escalated through our IFS system, sadly though in your case you were correctly escalated so I won't be able to reduce it.
Again, I know this really sucks and I'm really sorry about this but I have to keep this suspension because of the behavior shown. Please feel free to write back if you got any more questions or concerns you would like to discuss.

I totally get where you're coming from, it sucks to lose an account like this. I would feel the exact same way if I was in our situation. Sadly though, looking back at your account, I see that you naturally escalated through our system within months of playing and got a 2-week ban.
When getting a penalty for the first time, the system slowly escalates you through our IFS penalties until you reach our maximum penalty (permaban). So because you have received chat restrictions prior, the system went ahead and escalated you to a 2-week suspension.
Looking into your chat logs, you are constantly commenting on other players performances and arguing about how to play the game in a negative way.
This kind of behavior is not allowed in our game because it only contributes more negativity to the game and causes players to steer their focus away from the game itself and more about how each individual player is doing.
I do want to let you know, once receiving a two-week suspension, it is our final warning and getting another penalty (even as light as a 10-game chat restriction) auto-escalates you to a permanent suspension.
Again, I know it sucks to get a suspension like this. But to ensure that you do not get penalized again in the future, I would recommend just muting the other negative players, that way you are not contributing to their negativity and putting your account at risk of getting penalized again.
