Abandoning lanes

There should be a report option for players who abandons their lanes early game. For example, in my last game I had a Pantheon top who abandoned his lane in the first 5 minutes of the game, and went to afk farm in jungle, because he didn't want to go against a rumble. Then me being the jungle had to stay top for the rest of the game to stop rumble from taking top towers. That's not okay, and it should be reportable.

We did end up losing the game because of this.
