This trash system is real i never got a message someone insulted me or trash talk and got a penalty. Very toxic community they're not even able to take a friendly advice. Why the fuck there is a chat bar? this chat bar is total garbage, And i never, never found it useful before. Did you?

Edit: almost 40% of my games, No one uses the chat, only for GG, GGwp, or BG almost 10% of my games, i found some useful, positive chats. and Almost 50% of my games i find extreme Toxic negative, (Unfun Chats) So the chat the more negative than positive, everyone knows that already.

You won't always get a message saying someone you reported was punished. Don't count on that message as your sole indicator that someone was punished.

Debatable. It depends on a lot of factors, including; Was the advice actually friendly? Was the advice warranted? Did the person want advice in the first place?

The Chat feature is there (obviously) so that players can chat with one another, whether it's idle chatter, pal'ing around, or talking strategically. If you don't find it useful, that's just you.

I personally find the chat feature to be extremely useful, some matches it's practically a godsend.

And, no. I'm not lying, and you can't claim that I am.

You are not lying, im sure, but is it with friends game? yes sure then its useful, but in my random games its almost 5~10% if isnt too much i found it useful and other 50% is extreme toxic even after i mute, maybe i get spam pings, or even found another team player asking to report me, i know its not worth thinking but one after one and you are total tilted and at least we should get a message ( this bastard has banned thanks for report ) but i almost never received, Also thanks for your reply.

I don't have friends in League, I play mostly solo. Very, very rarely do I play with my brother, but in that case we mostly just yell at each other between rooms.

Plus, I've found - with randoms more than anyone - having the chat feature is crazy useful. Being able to warn or converse or whatever else with players - even de-escalating conflicts or what have you - that extra bit of communication goes a long way.

The "player has been punished" message, as far as I can tell, is more for subtle reassurance that reports mean something than it is for indicating that players have been punished. Hence, why it doesn't show up all the time.

I have yes.

Why just yesterday I used it when backing. To let my top know I planned to gromp and then gank for them (had to go gank first since being dove).

And a recent ARAM when I told the Surprise Party Fiddlesticks "Happy Birthday".

Even for friendly advice. "Hey, since you are going against an Aatrox; consider executioner calling or Bramblevest."

and did you get that fiddlesticks in your friend list after game? not yet? if not, why would you even telling him "happy birthday" for what? for unknown person/player?

all i said is not something needed op aka. for the chat, that doesn't mean i disrespect it, im not sure if you are trying to be funny again, but thanks for your reply, comment anyway.

A joke is sometimes exactly what is needed. Sometimes people need a slight chuckle in their life. I've already stated I have used the chat positively for warning and advice as well. I usually don't see as much toxicity as you claim. So to me I see it for more positivity than negativity.
