This trash system is real i never got a message someone insulted me or trash talk and got a penalty. Very toxic community they're not even able to take a friendly advice. Why the fuck there is a chat bar? this chat bar is total garbage, And i never, never found it useful before. Did you?

Edit: almost 40% of my games, No one uses the chat, only for GG, GGwp, or BG almost 10% of my games, i found some useful, positive chats. and Almost 50% of my games i find extreme Toxic negative, (Unfun Chats) So the chat the more negative than positive, everyone knows that already.

Downvote as much as you want everyone knows it already,

You won't always get a message saying someone you reported was punished. Don't count on that message as your sole indicator that someone was punished.

Debatable. It depends on a lot of factors, including; Was the advice actually friendly? Was the advice warranted? Did the person want advice in the first place?

The Chat feature is there (obviously) so that players can chat with one another, whether it's idle chatter, pal'ing around, or talking strategically. If you don't find it useful, that's just you.

I personally find the chat feature to be extremely useful, some matches it's practically a godsend.

And, no. I'm not lying, and you can't claim that I am.

I have yes.

Why just yesterday I used it when backing. To let my top know I planned to gromp and then gank for them (had to go gank first since being dove).

And a recent ARAM when I told the Surprise Party Fiddlesticks "Happy Birthday".

Even for friendly advice. "Hey, since you are going against an Aatrox; consider executioner calling or Bramblevest."
