first time banned and it was a perma ban

i dont understand why i got perma banned i know im not a model player but as far as i know im not perma banned worthy im not saying i dont swear a bit when im frustrated or get to caught up in a victory and rub it in even lately when im tilted i ask the enemy weird obscure questions like "whats the red strip in Colgate used for" or do you like name brand cereal over no name" plus instead of calling people out for certain things i call them turnips there could very well be a bigger reason from my recent games that i have forgot about or just a build up of reports over the year im personally not sure been playing this game for 5 years and have invested alot of money into it but maybe im just a terrible person and i deserve this
