I was Hacked, then banned....?

I left for vacation about 12-13 days ago. I took no form of computer with me and didn't log onto league the entire time I was away. The day after I got back, I logged onto the game and I was banned for 14 days due to chat violations. The Ban ends on August 6th. I've opened two separate support tickets and neither have even got a reply from Riot in the last 2 days. My main concern isn't the ban, it's almost over. Basically what I want to know is will I still get my end of season rewards? I think it's incredibly unfair for me to be punished any further since I wasn't even the person breaking the rules AND my account was compromised. I've never given my password out, so Idk how it was taken. I got it back though. I can prove it wasn't me playing on the account in several different ways. I would like someone from Riot to give me a clearer answer on what I can do to resolve this issue. I put so many hours grinding ranked that if I lose my end of season rewards over this I'll probably just give this game up, since there is no telling it won't just happen again next season or on a new account should I make one. I have screenshots of the hacker even saying it was hacked in game. I can provide them if needed but the language is pretty vulgar so I don't intend on linking them unless asked.

Thanks, and any help or info is greatly appreciated.

No offense, but your explanation doesn't seem to add up. Most people who get hacked usually don't find the person responsible without direct assistance from the software company which they got hacked through.

This probably won't help you, but I'm curious on how exactly you found your hacker, got them to confess, and can prove that you didn't just make/write this up yourself.

Well, its the weekend, so what do you expect in terms of support ticket replies.

Also, why create 2 tickets? you are just making the system more clogged. Bumping your ticket also brings it to the end of the queue.

Finally, if you were really hacked, you can get Riot to remove the punishments. But you'll have to prove that you were hacked, as well as prove that you are the owner of the account.

I remember this post from a while ago, you said someone you know hacked your account.

Unfortunately, your account security is your responsibility, not Riot's. If you got hacked, you clearly needed a better password and you need to not tell others your login information nor should someone who knows you be able to guess your information.

Screenshots of someone being toxic on your account hold no credibility. You can't prove who was behind the screen, physically at the computer typing, so you can't prove it was someone else and not you. Tracing the IP address also cannot be used as proof because if you were on vacation, the IP address used where ever you were would naturally be different than your IP at home.

Additionally, another curious thing is how you, on vacation, managed to obtain screenshots of your own account being toxic. Something doesn't particularly add up in that regard.
