End of Season Rewards question

So nearly 2 weeks ago I was hacked, and the hacker got me banned. Riot support is taking forever to reply to the ticket I made so I just wanted to gain some general knowledge about a topic sort of related to that.

In the event that Riot doesn't believe me about what happened or I can't 100% prove I was hacked, I wanted to know what the restrictions are for still earning end of season rewards. I read that as long as you are ban free in the 3 months leading up to the end of the season, you should be ok. However from what I've seen the end of season (last years season anyways) is Nov. 11th. This means my 2 week suspension will end only 5 days before the 3 month thing starts.

I just wanted to know if that info is correct and if anyone knows when the end of this season is. Still holding out hope that someday Riot will actually be able to help with an issue.

That may have been accurate for last year's rewards but might not be accurate for this year's. Really we can only wait and see what kind of restrictions they put forth as end of season rewards haven't even been announced yet.

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe the day you received the punishment is the one that's counted. But Riot has not addressed end of the season yet.
